Why front-end discipline wins

The grid is the bottleneck. We plan for it first.

Land rarely stops a project. Power does. Demand is arriving faster than transmission can be built, and queues run for years. A site without a path to power is a field.

So we start at the substation and work outward. By the time a site reaches a user, the hard questions are answered in writing.
